Speaking to the youth and young adults has long been a passion of everyone involved with GridIron Institute and GridIron G.A.N.G. At the youth camps campers receive more than instruction on how to play the sport but life tutelage and instruction that may hopefully inspire them to acheive their goals and fufill their dreams.

Damian and many of his current and ex-NFL friends relish the opportunity to speak with young men and women outside of the camp enviroment. They have spoke at schools ranging from elementary to college and are always seeking the chance to be a light to the youth. Every child athlete will not go pro in a sport it is with this in mind that GridIron has decided to build a program that is centered on football but has education as its foundation.

GridIron G.A.N.G. continues to combine with various youth initiatives nationally to give back to communites and help provide supply's such as books and other educational tools. Support from the community combined with the efforts of GridIron and its constituents will impact the lives of the youth, one child at a time.
