The GridIron Group is committed to allowing opportunities for the youth as well as adults to go beyond their limitations in life. In conjunction with a series of football camps, Damian Gregory has formed the GridIron G.A.N.G. (Giving Adolescents/Athletes New Goals), the GridIron Institute and GridIron Elite Training - allowing athletes of the past, present, and future to join forces to help make an impact in the communities they grew up in and across the country. Every student athlete will not become a professional athlete so GridIron focuses on helping athletes perform on the field but more importantly off the field. Backed by the NFL Alumni Association GridIron Group offers a unique and diverse learning enviroment for athletes and students.

GridIron Group offers a variety of community changing programs. Providing camps nationally to help mold young minds to be open to the infinite possibilities that life can provide. Success is not only measured on the field of play but how each young mind begins to expand and see that whether they make it to the NFL or not football can open doors to education and life experiences that are invaluable. We strongly believe that education is not only valuable within the walls of a classroom but also in environments like the ones we create. G.A.N.G.(Giving Adolescents/Athletes New Goals) speaks to the heart of our outreach program. Far too often children idolize the "celebrity" factor and ignore the foundation it takes to build success, which starts with education.

GridIron Group was Founded by Damian Gregory in June 2010. It is the combination of GridIron Institute and GridIron G.A.N.G. Damian brings NFL experience and leadership to a foundation with sights set on impacting the world through teaching up and coming athletes leadership and integrity in sports and how to translate that into real life success. The Goal is simple, create future leaders for tomorrow by teaching them how to be leaders today.
